We will only offer a refund or store credit if the product is found faulty or damaged. No refund will be offered if you have changed your mind but instead a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
To arrange for an exchange or credit note, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that no refund, exchange and credit notes on sales items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not liable for any lost or damage during return, so we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
